ORDER ISSUES
Q1. How can I track my order?
You can check your order status anytime:
If you have an account:

Log in → go to My Orders → view your order updates.
If you checked out as a guest:

Visit Order Status at the top of our website

Enter your order number + email address to view details
If you still can’t locate your order, email us at hello.lovvcore@gmail.com and we’ll help you right away.
Q2. Can I order multiple items just to keep one and return the rest?
We’re unable to accept orders placed with the intention of selecting only one item and returning the others.
Any additional shipping or return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Q3. Are all return reasons covered under your return policy?
We’re always here to support genuine quality or fulfillment issues:

damaged items

defects
-
incorrect size sent

wrong item delivered
Other return reasons may not be eligible due to production and fulfillment constraints.

Q4. Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters our production queue, so we’re not able to adjust items inside that order.
If you'd like to purchase additional items:

Simply place a new order

Then contact us—we can help combine shipments when possible
Q5. How do I pay for an unpaid order?
If your order didn’t go through the payment step:

Log in to your account

Go to My Orders
-
Find your unpaid order

Click Proceed to Pay
Q6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible depending on the order status:

Unpaid orders: Cancel automatically after 24 hours

Paid but not shipped: Contact us within 24 hours and we can cancel it for you

Shipped orders: Cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return after delivery
Please do not refuse delivery — carriers may discard undelivered packages.
Q7. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A few things to check:

Look in your spam/junk folder

If you used Google/Apple login, check that email inbox

Log into your account and check My Orders
-
Look for a transaction from Lovvcore on your bank statement
If there is still no confirmation found, email us your:
name, email, phone number, and shipping address,
and we’ll locate your order for you.
