RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel good about every Lovvcore piece you order.
If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make the process simple and supportive.


Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition so we can take them back safely.

Some products are final sale and can’t be returned, including:
custom items, seasonal drops, intimates, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty products, footwear, and clearance or mystery items.


How to Start a Return

Just send an email to hello.lovvcore@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note (photos if there’s an issue).
We’ll reply within 3 business days with next steps and the return address if your request is approved.

Please use a tracked shipping method when sending items back so your return arrives securely.


Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method in 2–3 business days.
Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to finalize the posting.


Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping fee when there’s an issue on our end, such as:

  • a defect in the item

  • the wrong size delivered (based on our size chart)

  • the wrong item shipped

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it for you—just reach out as soon as possible.
Once an order is on its way, it can’t be cancelled but may qualify for a standard return after delivery.
