Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Some products are final sale and can't be returned, including: custom items, seasonal drops, intimates, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty products, footwear, and clearance or mystery items.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method in 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for defects, wrong sizes, or wrong items shipped. For other reasons, customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Every item is made and packed after your order is placed. Our production window is typically 3–6 business days, depending on order volume.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Our fulfillment team operates Monday–Friday only.
Shipping Options & Costs
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.
Global Shipping:
- Orders $0 – $58.99: $6.99 shipping fee | 6–12 business days delivery
- Orders $59 and up: Free shipping | 6–12 business days delivery
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3–6 days) + Shipping Time (6–12 days)
